RETURNS
At Alhansat, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Our returns policy covers products and services purchased directly from Alhansat through our website. To qualify for a return:
- Timeframe: You must request a return within 15 days of purchase or delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

REFUNDS

Processing Your Refund

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

EXCHANGES
Currently, Alhansat does not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement, please initiate a return for the item first and then make a new purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Please note that once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and a return request must be initiated instead.
